My fitness programmes aren't all about high intensity sessions designed to push you to your limits, they can be about you boosting your energy levels and increasing your general sense of wellbeing.

We can incorporate different types of stretching into your programme, from developmental to assisted stretching. You'd be surprised how much your flexibility can be improved in just one session!
