Find a Training Method that Fits You!

One on one

It's just you and your PT. For example, you could go for a run whereby you'll be taught about about breathing techniques so you can run a lot more comfortably. Or you could be taught what you can do in your own home. Or how about a boxing session, where you'll be taught combinations that will get your heart pumping and do wonders for your co-ordination. You will be motivated to keep on going, believe me! Whatever the task, we're in it together.

Bring a friend!

If you feel more comfortable training with a friend, bring them along too! You will both be taught how to motivate each other effectively while being motivated yourselves! Training with a friend is good fun. It's something else you guys can do together.
