I got into fitness when I was at university studying Communications. It was then that I discovered how much fun keeping fit could be! I joined a gym and started taking part in various classes after that. I got a taste for a lot of things including swimming, yoga, spinning (gym-based cycling) badminton, running and kickboxing. You name it I tried it!

After university I spent a few months in Malawi, Africa, where I volunteered in a local Primary School. I remember introducing one of the volunteers to running while I was there and made up aerobic exercise routines for myself and another volunteer to do two or three times a week. It was then that it occured to me that I was good at teaching others about different ways to incorporate exercise into their lives - and I could make it fun! I worked in Events Management for a few years after that, but did some coaching on the side with friends. Ultimately, it was this casual coaching that led me to my career in Personal Training, and I've never looked back.
 

My experience in kickboxing has stayed with me in that I love to incorporate it into my PT sessions. It's a great way to work up a sweat!

As well as being a PT, Jordee is an upcoming dietitian who has a strong healthcare background, having worked for the NHS in a variety of different frontline settings. Jordee understands that exercise is there to be enjoyed and is a huge advocate of non-restrictive dieting. Being healthy and getting fit shouldn’t feel like a chore, it can be a fantastic journey with the correct resources and guidance! She is an accredited practitioner in functional, spin and circuit training.
Amy Gullen

Amy has a varied background in sport including Equestrian Vaulting (where she competed at British level), rugby, running and is now concentrating on her athletics where she focuses on the high jump. This has lead Amy to gain lots of experience training and competing at high levels. Amy loves to help people achieve their goals and guide them in anyway possible. Helping people to be the best version of themselves is what she loves to do.
Diane Paterson

An extremely empathetic, focussed and encouraging trainer with a proven track record in the health and fitness industry. Over the past 18 years, Diane has successfully trained a variety of female/male clients, specialising in weight management and age and stage appropriate exercise. Her sessions will always be varied, challenging and fun.
Ryan Yule

Ryan has over 10 years experience in weight lifting; 4 of which were spent in the military. During this period he built up his knowledge and experience of strength and conditioning, weight management, circuit and HIIT training; as well as diet and nutritional advice. Ryan is a confident and very approachable team member who strives to help anyone he can to feel comfortable in their own skin. He provides one-to-one training sessions; even in the comfort of your own home if you wish.
Annette Fairley

Annette brings the glamour to the team, with her flexibility knowing no bounds! Coming from a background of working in mental health, she really does bring out the best in people - building on their confidence as well as muscle tone. Annette takes one-to-ones as well as running Metafit and Beachbody Piyo classes in the Falkirk area.
Peter Algeo

Peter specialises in strength and conditioning, and enjoys a lot of different sports like basketball, athletics and football. A big fan of circuit training, he'll encourage you to be stronger and fitter than you ever thought you could be. Peter takes one-to-ones and will be setting up his own HIIT classes in the near future.
